GOING BEYOND EXPECTATIONS:

Our service to you begins even before we show up at your door for work!

We will meet with you to discuss our services and to hear you tell us what your needs and desires in home care are. Our initial meeting with you is free and there is no obligation. Meet us and let us hear your needs; we will explain our services and programs. Then, once you choose our home support services, we will make every effort to make sure we understand the best means of meeting your individual needs.    

We will then work to design a home support program that exceeds expectations.  

We will work together with you and your family to design a home support program that will bring to your life the highest quality of independence, health, meaning and purpose. We never dictate schedules-we provide the services and programs at your convenience.



CHANGING YOUR "NO, I CAN'T" TO  "YES! I CAN!"
We will match you with a caregiver who will know how best to serve you.

​Once we understand your physical, social, spiritual, transportation and home care needs and when you need them, we will provide a match with one of our most qualified caregivers; we will even arrange introductions and interviews, if you like, so that you can choose a person who will be a good "fit"for your personality.
We will continue to be a part of your team.

Even after our professional staff begins meeting your home support needs, we will continue to be a part of your overall care program.  We will use telephone check-ins, occasional home visits and personalized contacts as well as meeting with your caregiver to ensure your continued satisfaction.

Our staff undergoes intense continuing training to be sure that they meet and exceed both industry standards and our own business standards on competencies, ethics, honesty and safety. Our caregivers must pass:

Reference and employment checks                             Criminal and motor vehicle background checks            Health assessments

Additionally, our staff has extensive training on home care needs, dementia care, Safe-Serve for food preparation, and intensive training on the administration of all 12 parts of our 
Joyful Living Programs


Each staff member is one of our employees; we are responsible for all taxes, workers' compensation insurance, bonding and additional auto insurance to add further protection to the client.
