The vision that God has given us for this company is:
* To be known and valued for providing the highest quality standard of compassionate in-home care services and programs that will not simply occupy, but will edify our clients, their families and the community.
* To enhance the quality of life of our clients and our employees by demonstrating grace and tender mercy to those we serve.
* To be financially stable and profitable so that out of what God provides we may, in mercy and without grudging, provide for those less fortunate.

MINISTERING FAMILY TO FAMILY
The Shepherd's Path Christian Home Support Services is a family-owned business born out of the needs my husband and I experienced as we provided care to our own elderly parents.
Each of us struggled with the stress of the role of a caregiver who wanted to provide the best physical AND spiritual care to our loved ones. No service existed out there to enable that, and so, jointly we set to the task of using the talents that God has provided to create such a business-although for us it is much more a ministry than just a business.
My name is Susan and I believe that God has called me to use all of the experiences and education that He has provided me to create a business model that exceeds all industry standards-meeting the deepest, most eternal needs we all have in times of illness, injury or family care giving.
God has allowed me to bring to this ministry a wide array of experience to develop the foundations of this home care business. I have been both an educator in health care and in health care practice for nearly 20 years. I served as a missionary to Oaxican Indians and migrant farm workers in Mexico for a span of eight years. God provided me the opportunity to develop a small community based clinic in North Philadelphia where I also served on the Board of Trustees of a mission for drug and alcohol recovery programs.
I am a credentialed RRT Chaplain for deployment into areas of national terrorism, disasters and extreme violence to provide spiritual help to those traumatized by the events as well as being credentialed by the Alzheimer's Association for dementia care. And most dear to my heart, I have had the pleasure of teaching the Word of God in many venues, but most treasured to me is the women's Bible study I was blessed to teach for so many years in my home.
I pray that God uses the gifts he has developed in my husband and me to minister to your family in a manner that surpasses anything the world has to offer.
My name is David and, like my wife, I, too, believe that God has called us to serve Him in this way, especially now. God has allowed me to bring to this ministry the experience of being a fellowship leader for over 15 years, where He provided me the opportunity to preach and teach the Word to thousands of people, leading many into new life in Christ and discipling them into maturity in their walk with Jesus.
I pray that God uses His Word and our physical care to you and your family to minister His strength, love and hope.
